Exploring event options: Let's dive in!

On-Site Chair Massage

10, 15, & 20 minute sessions

Great for corporate offices/spa nights/social events.

The physical benefits of onsite chair massage include improved circulation, reduced muscle tension, and increased flexibility. Regular sessions can contribute to better posture and decreased likelihood of musculoskeletal issues. Employees who spend long hours at desks or in front of computers may find relief from common discomforts associated with sedentary work.

Increased Productivity

A short chair massage session can boost energy levels and improve concentration. Employees who receive onsite chair massages often report feeling more focused and ready to tackle tasks after the session.

Improved Morale and Well-Being

Offering onsite chair massages can contribute to a positive work environment. It shows employees that their well-being is valued, which can lead to increased job satisfaction and overall morale.

On-Site Assisted Stretching

10, 15, & 20 minute sessions

Great for athletic events/labor workers*/social events.

Onsite assisted stretching involves targeted stretches designed to improve flexibility and increase the range of motion in joints and muscles. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who spend extended periods sitting or engaging in repetitive motions, promoting better overall mobility.

*Labor workers must be clean, free of debris. For example: painters paint free clothes

Injury Prevention

Regular assisted stretching can help prevent injuries by promoting better alignment and muscle balance. It targets specific muscle groups, reducing the risk of strains or other injuries associated with muscle imbalances.

Enhanced Relaxation

Assisted stretching not only benefits the body but also promotes mental relaxation. The combination of gentle stretches and focused breathing can contribute to a sense of calm and reduce overall stress levels.

Reflexology Class

45 minute class

Great for wellness class/spa nights/social events.

Onsite reflexology classes provide a hands-on learning experience, allowing participants to practice techniques under the guidance of an instructor.

Interactive and Personalized Instruction:

Onsite classes facilitate real-time interaction between students and instructors. Participants can ask questions, seek clarification, and engage in discussions about various aspects of reflexology. Instructors can tailor their teaching methods to address the individual needs and learning styles of the participants. This personalized approach enhances the learning experience, making it more effective and enjoyable.

Networking and Community Building:

Participating in onsite reflexology classes allows students to connect with like-minded individuals who share an interest in holistic health and wellness. Networking with fellow students and instructors can lead to the exchange of ideas, experiences, and valuable insights. Building a community can be beneficial for ongoing support, collaboration, and professional development.

Key considerations...

Frequency

Is it a single stress-relief session, or is it included in a consistent wellness program? Contemplating the idea of having a wellness day once a month or every quarter can provide employees with something to anticipate, which can enhance productivity and decrease repetitive injuries.

Time & Location

Choose a convenient date and time that accommodates the work schedules, deadlines, and potential conflicts of your team. It is essential to prioritize maximum participation. Planning the location is also crucial, considering that one therapist requires a workspace of approximately 10x10. Please note currently our therapists are only licensed in the state of Delaware.

Guest List

Who will be invited is another aspect to consider. There may be physical limitations to the number of people the therapists can see, based on session length and hours on sight.
