Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 3 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the paper version at the office.


This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why a credit card on file is required  to reserve and guarantee your appointment.


Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.


Notification that is given less than 24 hours to cancel or reschedule prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. Notification that is given 3 hours or less prior to the appointment to cancel or reschedule will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.


Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.


Arriving Late:

Out of respect and consideration of everyone's time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, We can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
